How CHIPJ handles (and does not handle) your data.

1. Who we are
CHIPJ (megamwhjfewnfc.com) is a free-to-play social casino platform operated as an entertainment service for Canadian adults 19+ (18+ in AB, MB, QC). We are not a gambling operator.
2. What data we do NOT collect
- We do not require an account, email address, phone number or name.
- We do not collect payment details — no payments are possible on this site.
- We do not collect date of birth, government IDs or location beyond country-level.
- We do not run advertising cookies, retargeting pixels or cross-site trackers.
3. What data we do collect
3.1 Strictly-necessary cookies
We store a single localStorage key (age_ok) on your device for up to 30 days to remember that you have confirmed your age. This is processed on your device only and is never transmitted to our servers.
3.2 Server logs
Our hosting provider logs standard HTTP request data (IP address, user-agent, URL, timestamp) for 30 days for security and abuse-prevention. These logs are automatically deleted and are not used for marketing.
3.3 Optional analytics (consent-based)
If you click "Accept all" on the cookie banner, we may load a privacy-respecting analytics script that records anonymized page views. You can change your choice at any time by clearing site data in your browser.
4. Third-party slot demos
When you launch a slot game, our site embeds an official Pragmatic Play demo in an iframe from demogamesfree.pragmaticplay.net. Pragmatic Play operates under its own privacy policy and may set its own session cookies inside the iframe. We do not control and cannot see what is inside that iframe.

6. Children
CHIPJ is restricted to adults 19+ (18+ in AB, MB, QC). We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a minor has accessed this site, contact us via the contact page and we will assist.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the law or to the platform. The "Last updated" date at the top will always show when the current version took effect.
